Information collected automatically when you use the Services:

  • Device identifiers, including advertising identifiers (such as Google Advertising ID / GAID and Apple Identifier for Advertisers / IDFA), and device or installation IDs

  • Approximate (coarse) location derived from your IP address
  • Diagnostic information, such as crash logs and performance data

We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal data, and we do not require you to provide more information than is necessary to deliver the Services.

  • Analytics and attribution providers, who help us understand how the Services are used and how users discover our games.

Our Services and our partners use device identifiers, software development kits (SDKs), pixels, and similar technologies to operate the Services, remember preferences, serve and measure advertising, and analyze performance. On the web, we and our partners may use cookies for similar purposes.

You can limit certain tracking and advertising through your device settings — for example, by resetting your advertising identifier or enabling "Limit Ad Tracking" / "Opt out of Ads Personalization" on iOS and Android. On iOS, apps must request your permission before tracking you across other companies' apps and websites under Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework.

07. Transfers of Your Personal Information

DOUBLE8 GAMES is based in the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, and our Services are operated from Vietnam. When you access or use our Services, your personal information is processed in Vietnam.

Because we work with global app stores, advertising networks, analytics providers, and cloud infrastructure providers, your personal information may also be processed in other countries where we or our service providers maintain facilities. Where we transfer personal information across borders, we take steps to ensure it is protected consistent with this Privacy Policy and applicable law, including Vietnam's Decree No. 13/2023/ND-CP. For transfers from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses where required.

If you do not want your information transferred to, processed, or maintained outside of the country or jurisdiction where you are located, please stop accessing or using the Services.

08. Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide the Services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When personal information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it. Retention periods vary depending on the type of data and the purpose for which it was collected.

09. Children

Our Services are not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the minimum age required in your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Where a game is intended for a general or family audience, we limit data collection accordingly and configure advertising to be appropriate for a mixed audience. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.

10. California Consumer Privacy Notice

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended, gives you rights regarding your personal information, including the right to know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose; the right to request deletion; the right to correct inaccurate information; and the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not sell personal information for money. To the extent the sharing of advertising identifiers with our advertising partners constitutes "sharing" under the CCPA, you may opt out by adjusting your device's ad-tracking settings or by contacting us using the details in Section 14. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

11. Additional Notice to Individuals in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and Switzerland

13. Governing Law

This Privacy Policy and any matter relating to your personal information are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, except where the mandatory data protection laws of your country of residence (such as the GDPR or CCPA) provide you with additional rights, in which case those laws apply to you to that extent.
